Bio
Alessandro Lacché grew up in Rome where he graduated in International Relations with a post lauream degree in Diplomatic Sciences. In meanwhile he experienced working in the social as well as with disadvantaged groups. During this period he started taking pictures, realizing that photography could be the genuine link between his studies and his interests. He began studying photography in Rome (Officine Fotografiche), focusing on photojournalism. His works has been published on many magazines (Newsweek Japan, Venerdì Repubblica, Internazionale, PDN, Portrait Saloon, Fotocult, Photo.it, Riflessioni, PDI Italia …) and received many awards (MIFA winner 2015, Honorable Mention IPA 2015, PDN 2015, Portrait Saloon 2015, Portfolio Italia Finalist 2014, Sestri Levante award 2014, shortlisted Leica Award 2014, shortlisted Athens Photofestival 2015…). He is currently based in Rome.
